Clementine S. Churchill: A 'Thank You' Note, September 1958

Some people observe history. Some people are history. And people loose sight of the fact that the people who make up the central threads of the tapestry of the history of human kind are people too. This 'Thank You' note was written by Clementine S. Churchill most likely in response to congratulations on their golden wedding anniversary. The note is not addressed to the well-wisher nor is it accompanied by an envelope. It has some light creasing and a few tiny tears on the edges.
